一、认清诈骗套路，提升“免疫力”
根据我司接到的投诉及公安机关通报，当前不法分子假冒我司及但斌先生的手法不断翻新，主要呈现以下几种特征：
身份冒充型诈骗：不法分子通过网络公开渠道获取但斌先生的肖像、视频及动态信息，甚至利用人工智能（AI）技术伪造但斌先生的音视频、生成虚假“投资股东大会”图片，在网络平台（如抖音、视频号、雪球、微信公众号等）注册高仿账号，以“不卖课、不收费”、“共同学习”为幌子吸引流量，进而将投资者引流至私域实施诈骗。
虚假平台与产品诈骗：不法分子开发名为“OHIM”等与我司字号高度近似的假冒APP，联合不知情第三方（如“宏利人寿”）伪造产品合同，诱导投资者扫码下载并转账汇款。
高收益诱导型诈骗：通过直播间（如“东方红财富集训”）、社交群组，冒充但斌先生“师弟”或“弟子”或公司员工，虚构拥有“询价交易份额”、“新股打新内部额度”，承诺“保底收益30%”，利用投资者渴望高回报的心理，先施以小利获取信任，待大额资金投入后立即关闭平台、拉黑受害者。
二、明辨真伪，坚守底线

关于网络活动：我司及但斌先生从未、也绝不会通过任何直播平台、网络社群、APP等渠道，向公众推荐个股、指导操作、承诺收益或招募会员。
关于APP及产品：我司未开发任何面向公众的理财或交易APP（如假冒的“OHIM”APP），所有所谓以我司或关联公司名义发售的“保底收益”产品均为诈骗。
关于人员身份：我司及但斌先生从未授权任何个人以“师弟”、“合伙人”及我司员工等名义开展业务，所有此类活动均属欺诈。
三、理性投资，筑牢心理防线
